Vin has been helping companies realize their full value for over 30 years as a private equity investor, consultant, and operator. His expertise includes acquiring and selling companies, and creating and implementing growth and profit improvement strategies. He has worked in numerous industries, including financial services, sports and media, healthcare, publishing, professional services, business services, natural resources, recycling and consumer products. He has significant experience with family-owned companies, small & mid cap companies, and start-up ventures.

Vin’s experience includes being a Partner at The Parthenon Group, a premiere strategy consulting firm in Boston, and Founder and President of New England Capital Partners, a small-cap Private Equity buy-out firm. Vin’s management experience includes being a Senior Vice President at Grubb & Ellis, a national Real Estate services firm, and Founder of Earth Solutions, an environmental services start-up.

Vin has been active on the Boards of several privately held companies.  He is currently serving as Board Chair for Beth Israel Lahey Behavioral Health Services and Board member of the Harvard Club of the North Shore.  

Vin holds an A.B. in Economics from Harvard University and an M.B.A from the Harvard Business School. He was a professional baseball player in the Cleveland Indians organization, and is a member of the Harvard Varsity Club Hall of Fame.

Vin lives in Marblehead, Massachusetts with his wife Jennifer. They have 2 children: Mia and Michael.
